HD F-Class 3" Extended

The HD mount is our newest edition to the EGW mount line. We asked our customers and tactical shooters what improvements we could make, and we came up with the ultimate mount.



What makes the HD mount special?
- Machined from 7075 aircraft aluminum
- Full length cross-slots to true picatinny specifications
- Lower profile (approx. .100" lower than the standard mounts)
- TORX screws provided with TORX allen key
- Two-stage hard coat anodizing


The Savage F- Class mount is only available with an ejection port cutout. There is a 3" forward extension to this 1 pc base to tie the top of the action together and improve accuracy by reducing flex on a Remington rifle. We raised the mount slightly to allow a thicker front section designed to place the scope forward for Prone and 1000 yd shooting. We also beefed up the area covering the ejection port, the left side is solid front to back, the port is relieved on a 20 degree angle to give full access for loading and clearing empty cases.


The Savage mount is for models with an accu-trigger and a short action.

The Remington mount is for model 700 and again, with a short action.
