Cover damaged or worn checkering or dress up new frames without increasing frame size or contour on 1911, Para, Caspian and EAA/P-9s with EGW inserts in 20 or 30 LPI. We machine a pocket in the frame then the insert is tig welded in place. The welds are easily and cleanly dressed to the frame. Inserts can be used on frames with existing magwells installed, including new Caspians.
